Description
This was a new build project for a private client. The site was a corner gap site located within the heart of the Conservation Area of Berwick upon Tweed within close proximity a Historical Monument.
The design of the property had to fulfil the clients needs and brief while using the best use of space due to the small nature of the site. The architecture of the property aims to reflect features of Berwick upon Tweed and the local context to address both Coxons Lane and the Lane to the side of the property leading to College Place.
