Description
On this project we were instructed to undertake tentative concept proposals for a site in Allanton near Chirnside in the Scottish Borders.
Through the testing of concept ideas using models and drawings we were able to investigate how a 3/4 bedroomed dwelling house 1 ½ storey may occupy the site and respond to the village in terms of massing while also responding to the urban gain of the settlement of Allanton, and those neighbouring properties either side.
